Leftover Chicken Salad is a quick and easy meal. Adjust the ingredients to your liking, but this one works for me!
Ingredients
2 c leftover chicken, deboned and chopped
1/4 c onion finely chopped
1/4 c celery finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs dill relish
2-3 tbs real mayo
1/2 c chopped apple
1/4 c chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts
Alfalfa sprouts
